What does it involve?
- a free scoping visit to discuss timeframe and budget.
- a detailed survey of the property taking 3 - 6 hours.
What do you get in your hand?
- a room-by-room report detailing solutions to problem areas. It specifies and prices remedial work to be done by trades and anything to be bought, from flooring to lighting (we use your objects as much as possible). Everything is prioritised according to market factors.
