is for people who

- need to complete the project fast
- need one point of contact, rather than several
- need a sufficiently specified report that can be given to trades and suppliers to implement
What does it involve?
- a free scoping visit to discuss timeframe and budget
- based on the Specified Report, a project schedule is set up with agreed markers for progress. All remedial work is supervised and co-ordinated by us on your behalf
- regular meetings to review progress and spend

How much is it?
From £250 depending on property size, project complexity and timescale. Staged payments are agreed in advance, based on either our time or the project's progress
