What you get with a consultation and written report
This visit lasts around 3 hours and we do all the recording. The resulting report will be a detailed guide on how to correctly stage the property using elements such as paint colour, floor finishes, window dressing, furniture placement and space creation. What you get with a verbal consultation
The visit lasts around 2 hours. With the timescale and budget already established, we do a room by room analysis of the property, discussing areas that need attention, to arrive at practical, prioritised and realistic solutions to achieve that quick sale. This works well for those who have some practical or design experience, just need some pointers to get started, and have the time to do the work.Present2Sell an average 3-4 bedroom property

What you get with project co-ordination
If you prefer us to oversee all or some elements of the staging of your home, this is charged at an hourly rate (minimum of 3 hours), after completion of the full report above. The elements to be overseen are agreed between us in a plan of work and can include single specific tasks from sourcing goods and materials to on-site supervision; from liaising with tradesmen to co-ordinating the full installation of the plan. Working within agreed timescales, close communication is maintained with you throughout, and the work plan will schedule regular updates with you. Please note that any trades or specialists, whether recommended by us or not, will be contracted with you, and payable directly by you.* within 20 miles - otherwise see terms and conditions (Payment, para 4)
